About two years ago i went and got a new phone number. Almost a week into owning the phone I started getting phone messages for a ***** *****. I thought it was just a wrong number. The calls keep coming. They were all robot calls. Final I phoned the number they provided. I spoke when the person and told them I just got the new phone number and told them my name. I said that I didn't know ***** ***** and that the *** part of the number was local to ********* ******* where I lived so that's why I chose the number. She said that she understood and would stop the calls. Of course this didn't work. The calls continue since then sometime's up to 3-4 times a week for almost two years now. I've called up about 6 times now and the always said the calls would stop. On my cell phone I have about 40 block numbers all from these people. Sometimes they would say there a new collection agency and the calls would stop. Funny thing is they would come from the same address. I'm sure there's away for them somewhere to verify my name with the registered number *** ***** ** **** ** ***** ** ** *** *** *** ******* **** **** ****** ***** *** ** * **** ******* *** *** ***** **** * ********** ****** * ***** *** ***** ***** * ***** ** ** *** *** ** ***** ******* ******* I just want this to stop. I need my number or I would change it. **** ** ** **** **** ****** * ** ** *** ****** *** ****** **** **** *********** ***** *** *****

I received an email from someone claiming to be a debt collector, collecting a debt. They included no information what the debt was for and had no additional documentation for when this debt was incurred, for what product or service, and had no contact information for the person who owed this alleged debt. The email included a link to click and send money via. When I replied and asked for additional information regarding the debt, what it was for and when it was incurred, they replied with a resend of the original email.

Been receiving ********* call from National Credit Recovery INC. **************, is one number that has called. Upon answering no one was answered and just hung up. Upon calling the number back I stayed on hold and the person answering tried to pry personal information about myself. I refused, as I wanted to understand the reason for the prank calls to my phone. They person refused to give me any information and proceeded to accuse me of refusing to cooperate. I asked them, I would totally cooperate if they could give me information on what it was they were calling me about. And again, the gentleman took an ******** and ******** tone, about how they are an accredited debt recovery business and they were going to put on my file I was unwilling to cooperate. I would like to report this company of ********* and ********* behavior. I would like them to stop calling my phone and hanging up, as well as, cease and desist from contacting me.

NCR continues to call me for someone who does not live here. I have told them that multiple times, yet they keep calling. The initial recorded message says this is the last attempt to contact, which is obviously untrue. Why do they continue?
