So I bought 329$ worth of ******* total comfort formula from them. 6 of them and they said they were shipped to me, but were not. My whole package was said to have been shipped and delivered but the mailing company ***** said they only got one of two boxes they are supposed to have gotten. They then said to contact Walmart. May 21st walmart took 1107.78$ May 27th walmart put back 1107.78$ June 12th walmart took 1107.78$ my bank Had this transaction marked as fraudulent as it was never authorized for that date or even month taking money for 6 days and refunding it is not a pre authorization I had figured this transaction would have been cancelled due to it being out of stock or atleast would have been contacted by walmart to re approve this transaction which never happend the bbq was onsale for 100$ cheaper then my purchase price at 798$ instead of 898$ when you guys re took the money on June 12th I had contacted you guys on late june regarding this and was told it would be looked into and I would recieve some form of compensation ( a price adjustment) not to mention when I originally ordered the bbq it said free shipping to find out I paid 100$ shipping aswell when the bbq and other 2 items i had ordered were delivered they were no where to be found they randomly showed 3 or 4 days after the June 18th delivery date when I went outside to grab them someone was in the middle of attempting to load them into a pickup truck to steal them as they were left at the end of the driveway I've now also just noticed today up on going to assemble the water table from my other order that it is missing parts aswell as the bbq I ordered is now onsale for 598$ I'd like a price adjustment made for the serious headache I've dealt with and the ************ of walmarts customer service and failure to re contact me regarding the original price adjustment I spoke to the guys on the phone on August 17th/ 18th and was told no price adjustment will be done as it's past the 30 days which is not acceptable as you guys were contacted within 30 days already regarding this if this is not done I will be contacting my credit card company and pulling the money back or returning the item which has been used as it is still in the return period. **** ** **** ********* **** ******** ******* *** * ***** ** ******** *****Business response

Bought a BBQ online, was told to pick it up in Store. Went to pick it up and it was not there. Checked next day online for Tracking #. Item was in transit. Checked the following day and item showed delayed. Went to CSR online, was told to call back. Called the # they provided. Was put on hold for a very long time. Called back again and was told the same stuff. I have to wait 48-72 hours to hear back from the Escalation Team. The B/L # from the Carrier does not exist. I asked if they could send me another BBQ to my home or give me a full refund. They said they could not do that. I have to wait for the excalation team to contact me. (What does that even mean?) I asked to speak with a Supervisor and they said no, that they would just tell me the same thing. No Refund or No BBQ.Business response

I received a gift card of $282.48 due to walmart online order out of stock refund. I never use this gift card, but I found out the full amount was zeroed out when I was trying to use it on Aug 9, 2024. I contacted Walmart gift card team and was told the full balance was redeemed on Aug 5, 2024 which I believe it is fraudulent. * ** ********** **** ** * ******** **** ****** ***** ** ******* ** * ** *** *** **** ****** ************ **** ***** ********. While this is not my fault, Walmart Canada refused to offer me a replacement for the fraudulently redeemed gift card. I am requesting a resolution of this issue and a replacement of the gift card.Business response

I am submitting a formal complaint against Walmart concerning a refund issue with my order (Order Number: *************). I purchased an **** from Walmart, which unfortunately did not power on upon delivery. Following the return instructions provided by Walmart, I returned the defective item using the prepaid label supplied. Despite the fact that Walmart has confirmed receipt of the returned item over 20 days ago, I have yet to receive a refund. My numerous attempts to resolve this issue through Walmart's customer service have resulted in only automated responses stating that they are "working on it," without any actual resolution or meaningful updates. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a prompt refund for this transaction and request the BBB’s help in expediting this process.Business response

I am rejecting this (Wal-Marts) response and I am formally expressing my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with Walmart, ***** ******** ** *********** ********* *** ******** *************.* **** **** * ***** ******** *** ** ***** *** **** ********* **** ******* **** **** ********* ******** **** ****** ******** *** ****** ** *********** *********
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, the matter remained unresolved for an extended period, until BBB prompted Wal-Mart to actively respond.
During this time, I experienced:
Held Funds: My funds were held for near 30 days, preventing me from accessing my money.

Given the inconvenience and financial impact of this situation, I am requesting reimbursement for my travel expenses, as well as compensation for the time and frustration caused by this incident.
I believe that a fair resolution would be a payment of $100.00 (above the cost of the item) to cover these above mentioned expenses.I trust that Walmart values its customers and will take this opportunity to rectify the situation.
I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter.

1) I placed an online order for toilet paper (Order #*************), a shipping label for ***** was created but the item was never shipped. After nearly 2 months, I contacted Wal-mart to inquire, emphasizing that I did not want a refund but rather for the item to be shipped. Shortly after I received a refund which was not what I wanted as I wanted the item shipped. I called in and they said because the refund was already issued they could do not anything. I asked to order it at the previous price of $6.62 + tax but they said they could not do that. 2) I ordered photos to be printed (Order #*******) at the Grandview Store for $10.92. I received a notification email that it would be delayed. I was at the store and asked the photo department about it. They said I could create an in-store order which they could print same day and that the online order would be automatically cancelled as long as we did not pick it up. Unfortunately a refund was never received and I would like for this to be issued. Thank you!Business response

To Whom It May Concern Better Business Bureau *** **** ********* *** ********** ** *** *** Please see the e-mail below I wrote to Walmart Canada. I addressed it to a complaint e-mail that was listed on their Website. I get back an e-mail 20 minutes later to say the e-mail is no longer valid and will be removed August of 2023. Walmart seems to be wasting people's time by leaving an invalid e-mail address on their site. I thank you for your help ****** ******* My Name is ****** *******, my account number is **** **** **** ****. I have been speaking to your Customer Service, they have refused to adjust the interest of $5.58 unless I pay it and they will reimburse it later, so I have chosen to close my account with Walmart and no longer use my card since I have always paid my bills in full and never partially. I will also be reporting this ********* ******** behavior of Walmart to the Better Business Bureau in regards of your billing practices, Walmart seems to bill interest on a bill that is 1-5 days late although the bill is paid each month in full. Please have someone check this and see that my account has never been in arrears. I look forward to you removing any interest charges from my account since I will not be paying it since my bill is paid in full each month.
