    I live an hour away, i took three of my dogs about 6mths ago for a nail clipping and they turned me away saying that their policy has changed and there are no more walk in nail clipping appointments. So i drove back home with no service. I wasnt informed the policy has changed but it would have just been good to do the nails and know for next time I need to book in advance. Seems like their customer service has gone down hill since the new manager stepped in.My second negative experience was out of this world. I brought my dog in for a nail clipping and the *************************** (please dont go to her unless you want to have your money aggressively asked for and pretty much shoved out the door, she will call you a thief if you don't want to pay for services you didn't ask for and she will mock you to prove her point. She has no concept of customer service) was a complete nightmare. She had suggested to remove some of the tuffs around the paws which i agreed to. My dog came out with all the hair around her paws shortened. My dog is a cocker spaniel and the rest of her hair was outgrown so she looked very silly. I asked if they could just trim the legs for her to look more balanced so i don't walk away with a silly looking dog, I even offered to pay for a full groom which i didnt plan for. The person at the front desk said no and so did the groomer and they said i still have to pay even if i am not satisfied with the work. They were unwilling to work with me even though i received a service i didn't agree to. I refused to pay because i was not satisfied and did not ask for this service. I asked to talk to the manager or owner but they were both too busy to talk to a customer that has supported their business for over 10 years. I have been coming to pampered pet since their location was at bank and ************. I am a long time customer but unfortunetly they give themselves permission to treat their customers like c*** and expect to still have a business.

    Hi ********. I am sorry you were not satisfied with our services. To address your first complaint, we have not been able to service walk-in nail trims since the start of Covid. The Government wanted everything tracked for *************** reasons and we continue to book nail trims by appointment only today. We do try to accommodate walk-ins when ever possible but sometimes depending on how many groomers are working and how many nail trims are booked for appointments, a walk-in might be turned away. We always recommend, at the very least, to just give us a call before coming all the way in to avoid disappointment. As for your second complaint, I apologize that this was your experience. It seems like there was miscommunication with the groomer when it came to doing the clean feet on one of the dogs. This is usually a service we provide to keep the feet short and prevent matting between the toes. I'm sorry you were not pleased with this esthetic and wanted more taken off the legs. Unfortunately, the groomer didn't have time to even the rest of the hair out as she would have had to bathe your dog in order to get an even clip. She should have given you an appointment to address this and should have explained why it would have needed a separate appointment. The store owner did reach out to you and left you a voice mail but we haven't heard back from you yet.
