      Reliable Home on February 3rd 2023, came to fix my ****** furnace which had a recurrent failure of a faulty pressure switch (3rd replacement in 10 years) and on this date they fix the heating issue of my furnace but: (1) Left the pressure switch hanging against the hoses it is attached to without fastening to the provided bracket provided. **They say this is normal but refused to provide this in writing or come back to rectify the improper fix. (2) They red tag my furnace on the basis of leaking inducer (34 days after expiry of the 10 years warranty) even though the leaks appear to come from the pipe/hose connection to the exhaust pipe. They did not do any technical test to come to this conclusion. ** They refused to send someone do the relevant test and confirm their initial findings base on current evidence.

      Hello, This type of situation arises on occasion. This customer has every right to be upset at being red tagged. Unfortunately, some of the news on a report is not what the customer would like to see and involves expensive repair. Our technicians are independent Gas licensed individuals and I can only guide them in their decisions. The technicians from Reliable Home Environment are not paid extra to find false problems. The pressure switch issue is a known problem amongst ****** dealers and the current placement has been our solution to fix a problem. However, TSSA allows a customer to seek another company to review and assess the situation. This other company can reverse the red tag with their fix or professional opinion. If the red tag is reversed Reliable Home Environment will follow up with TSSA with the other company's solution to verify a safe situation exists. The only safe repair is the replacement of the inducer motor. We will work to return the customer's money because we have a 100% money back guarantee on all of our work. Thank you
