Watch My 6 Service Dogs Response

We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Watch My 6 program and your subsequent removal from the Intermediate Dog Class. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
Regarding your concerns about working with individuals with PTSD, we understand that this is a sensitive issue, and we apologize if our program did not meet your needs. We continuously evaluate our practices to ensure that we are providing appropriate support and accommodations for all participants.
Additionally, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication regarding your inquiries during class. We value transparency and accuracy in our training sessions, and we will address any discrepancies to ensure that all participants receive accurate information.
Furthermore, we want to address the situation regarding the formal notice of trespass issued to you. After careful consideration of the recent events and correspondence, we felt it necessary to take this action due to behavior and actions that violated the terms of conduct and respect expected from individuals accessing our premises. We regret that it has come to this, but we must prioritize the safety and comfort of our staff and patrons.
Regarding your refund, we acknowledge your decision not to accept it. However, we want to reiterate that we are refunding both the WM6 course and the intermediate class fees as a gesture of goodwill. We believe it is best for both parties to part ways, and we wish you the best in finding a suitable alternative for your needs.
