    Upon arrival, the grounds are beautiful! But that's where things end. Our "suite" was something out of a very old movie; an extremely dated and not very clean room. There was dirt was around the feet of the bed, we found a bug in the bed the size of toonie and we had no hot water all weekend. I called reception on several occasions and my calls were never answered. I went to the reception office and it was closed. When I mentioned these things upon check out they just didn't seem to be concerned or that they cared. Check out itself was a disaster. We had a Resorts Ontario gift certificate to use and they told me they were invalid and couldn't process them. There was nothing they could do. So we left without a bill in hopes "they would figure things out" and confirmation they would "not process any billing until they contacted me". Two days later, still nothing but the full pending transaction is still showing on my credit card. I have called twice to speak to their ************** Manager but my voicemails have yet to be returned and every time I call the desk she is "not available" or "just stepped out". Reception staff have been rude, impatient and not helpful at all throughout this process. Best piece of advice -- book elsewhere! There are so many beautiful places to stay in there, go there instead.
