    they made false claims they were able to disassemble, transport and reassemble Murphy beds, which was my conditions for proceeding with them. they arrived with only a set of hand tools resulting in the movers having to borrow my drills and wrenches. they did not send assistance upon my call earlier in the day that the movers were not able to disassemble the Murphy bed and damaged it. they charged me $250 for the Murphy bed fee, but did not install the bed. they charged me an hour over the in-person agreed-upon amount to get them out of my house. My bed, walls were damaged - they sent me an invoice after showing I still owe them money, even though we settled on the amount with them on that day. They didn’t deduct the deposit either. -they told their workers to not leave until payment was collected. They used my time, to pay people to learn on the job. -they (Amid) admitted there was a scheduling error and the wrong crew was sent to my home which did not have experience. they sent 2 other crew members to assist with the move around 7:30pm who also did not have the experience. the rest of the furniture was reassembled by me and my family while the 5 movers focused on installing the bed (for 8 hours straight).- they did not reassemble my laundry pair machines. I had to call someone else to come and assemble this.-they, forced their employees to stay until payment was collected even though they did not deliver on their service and the way the employees were treated was ******** as they did not eat or go to a bathroom all day, even though we tried to offer to them- when I put through the claim (as per their process) they deemed all my damages worth $300 bucks and denied accountability for anything and gave me a refund of a measly $109.00. they forwarded my calls to voicemail. I had 10 friends and family members at my house who watched all of this. Don’t believe their insurance as they do not cover property damage even though they said this to me upon signing.
