I purchased a vehicle from Canadian Auto Mall on March 9 2024 for $20,623.68 with the safety certificate. I purchased the extended warranty as well. A week after purchasing as I was driving on the highway, the vehicle stopped in the middle of the road and I had my kids in the car and was about to get into an accident. The engine light came on and I took it back to Canadian Auto Mall and they said it is a “Blip” and the car is in perfect condition. A week after that it stopped in the middle of a 60km/hour road and this time the engine light, transmission malfunction, break malfunction, gas pump malfunction came on the dashboard. When I called the business to request a refund on the unsafe car they refused and hung up. Now the car is not even starting and when the *** dealership took a look they said this car is not safe at all to drive and does not comply with safety standards. I am trying to get in contact with the dealership to notify them of the issues and get a refund, they refuse and hang up on me. I almost got into a car accident 3 times with my kids in the car and I an asking that they take their car back and give my refund as this car is not drivable and unsafe. They ******* me and now they are no longer working with me to resolve the issue. They were aware that the car was faulty since I had it for less than 2 months and I have proof that shows it is not safe and they still sold me the vehicle knowing I have young kids 2 and 6 years old that can be harmed.
