Hello Mr. ******,
Thank you very much for reaching out to advise us of your concerns with the fundraising we do on behalf of Canadian charities. I am sorry that your experience has not been a positive one, and I hope that I can address the issues you are having by removing your phone number(s) from our calling database.
As you may know, Canadian charities are exempt from applying the National Do Not Call suppression file, however I would be happy to accommodate your request to have no further contact by adding your phone number to our internal do not contact database. If you would kindly provide me with the number we reached you at, along with any additional numbers ( cell or landline ) I will remove them from further contact and I can also provide you with a confirmation number. Please note however that once I add the numbers to the database, it could take up to 24 hours to ensure those numbers are removed from all calling databases. Just as an additional note, this would remove your number from calling for the clients we work with directly.
Again, I am sorry you have not been left with a positive experience, however I would like to resolve your issues with your assistance. Please email me with the phone numbers you would like suppressed and I will take care of this immediately and provide you with confirmation.
