              I placed an order for three wall panel samples on April 26, 2023 from the Articture website. The total I paid was just over $120.00. On May 25 I emailed their Customer Support and requested an update. There was no response. On May 30 I requested to cancel and receive a refund. Instead, I was immediately shipped two of the three samples I ordered. The pieces are tiny - only 6.5 inches by 3 inches and they do not show any of the pattern. For the price I believed I would receive a full size panel as depicted on the page where you select the sample. Today is July 5 and I have still not received the third sample. At this point it doesn't matter that I haven't received the third sample because I would never purchase the full panels after this. * ******* **** ******* ** * *****  They sell people tiny samples **** **** **** ****** ******* ** **** and not send them until months later, if ever. **** ****** *** *********** ****** ******* **** ****** **** ** ***** ***** ******** ** ** ******** *** **** **** ******* ***** ******* **** ***** * ******** ******* **** ******** ******* ****** **** * ****** ***** ** *** ********
