I have only been at *** ******* ** since June 6 2022 & I have only had a negative impact from this location. The advertising of the apt available is consistently posting false info about the apartments available, along with increasing rent from 1700 to 2100 and higher. The apartments have electrical issues, plumbing issues as well as a property manage that yells at the tenants, especially the single woman. They stay here as widows, disability issues and all the advertising online is false. There are no curtains in the lobby, privacy is always an issue. They ripped out any chairs in the lobby and put concrete stools. The intercoms system has been broken since I moved in, only fixed two weeks ago. The property mgr has belittled women constantly, in front of everyone including myself many times for no reason at all. The roof has been leaking for 8 mos. The boiler was apparently replaced a couple of mos ago & now the water is luke warm constant. Hot war is reduced depending on the time of day because the New boiler can’t handle the apartment. The water should be hot to kill bacteria and of course not not scold anyone either. My appt had main bedroom had no electricity for more than 6 months, because one of the wall sockets was burnt to a crisp by the previous tenant. Electrical wires in the living room are exposed. When i moved in the closet doors were supposed be installed & it took 4 months from June to have them installed in the bedrooms, they still don’t work properly. The front hall closet is original & never opens. The burnt plug removed from the Main bedroom has never been replaced. The heating system is falling off the wall in every room. The fire dept has been here 6 times for flooding, broken pipes and a leaking roof. I pay over $2000 staring in June 2023. Between cheap cupboards in the bathroom, kitchen with electrical & plumbing issues, I have considered moving even 2 mos after being here. ******** ** **** **** ** *** ******** there are 38 units here.
