I had two houses insured under one policy through PC Insurance and decided to sell one. We provided them with the policy number and address and asked that the one address be removed on a certain future date (*************************** for 08/28/24). They responded telling us that it was removed immediately (as of 2:38 PM on 8/19/2024). It took a bit to fix that mistake. Then on Sep 5, 2024, I emailed a PC Insurance representative to ask why I no longer had ANY house insurance showing on my online account and if they had cancelled the entire policy, including the house we live in. They didn't answer, and on Sep 10th I tried calling PC Insurance to find an answer to this critical question. After 40 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pickup, I finally went onto their website contacted them through CHAT. And yes, the house we live in has had no insurance since the date they cancelled it for the other address. Someone called the next day and made me sign a "No Loss" letter which I did and still I haven't received confirmation that the house insurance is back on, let alone any apology or answer as to how this could have happened. Now I have to call them again and wait on the phone for anywhere between 30 minutes and over an hour before anyone picks up. Worst experience ever.

I've had PC Insurance as brokerage for years. Last winter the ********** rate went way up so asked them to provide other company which was ********** and rate went back to previous level. I set up for automatic payments from bank account... when I viewed contract I discovered that there were savings for paying in total so I had them change. They took out first 2 months payment from my bank account as previously arranged but did not advise me that other arrangement was to be made to pay balance.... I am a snowbird and did not realize insurance had been canceled until I returned home to mail and went to post office for registered letter saying policy was canceled. Original broker involved did not return my call and one that did said due to nonpayment my record was now tainted and new company and rate almost tripled. Over 55 years I've never been canceled for any reason but due to their non communication of new payment method requirement my record is bad for 3 years..... this has cost me needless grief and several thousands.

Avoid at all costs. I had the wrong banking information on file and missed a payment, so they cancelled me. Also making my premium go way up and my vehicle being disabled until i found another company. I would STRONGLY recommend to go anywhere else unless you want to waste a ton of time and money on this company.
