    I scheduled a appointment with ******* at keeping it clean on October 5, 2022. Set schedule date was Nov 7, 2022. We schedule to do a Engine detail, pet hair and full interior detail on our 2019 CRV ****** ******* quoted a price of approximately 460$ and a set price was agreed to and a 80$ payment was issued on oct 5, 2022.On 11/7/2022 ******* refund our 80$ deposit, because he was NOT at his establishment ************* at set time of 930am as we where waiting for him. I called at 932am and Keeping it clean advise that he would NOT be able to detail the interior, but would only be able to do the engine detail because he has been "working every day" and would not be able to be back at his shop for another 30+ minutes. I explained to ******* that we rented a vehicle specifically for that day and worked around our schedule based on our appointment set for 11/7/2022 @ 930am to drop of our 2019 ****** We are now out 102$ because Keeping it clean failed to inform us that a schedule date would need to be rescheduled as he wouldn't be able to clean the interior as agreed to today 11/7/2022 930am, but would only be able to do a Engine detail and we would need to reschedule for the interior detail.I asked for some compassion on his part, which was NOT even slightly taken into consideration by keeping it clean. I've lived in ****** for over 30+ years and understand that Keeping it clean is a family owned business, wich is why I tried to resolve this issue with keeping it clean. A apology or possibly a discount on a future car detail or possibly a reimbursement of our rental car 102$ wich a receipt was provided to him would have been very much appreciated as it affected my family's schedule making things extremely inconvenient, especially when we where set to pay 460$ to keeping it clean. My personal experiences with this company was extremely Negative and I will be sure to inform ppl of our experience on social platforms. Thank you

    We have already explained to you sir that In order to get your interior done you would have to keep the vehicle there most of the day. We originally asked if it could stay overnight. When you said no I told you I would need it most of the day then and asked what time you needed to return the rental which you said 7:00. I told you multiple times yesterday it wouldve been done by 5:00. Not only that you originally were fine with leaving your car and hiding the key for us. Then you changed your mind. I also did arrive to the shop like I said I would. I was at the shop until the end of the day also. My girlfriend even said that she would cancel her plans to make sure we could make sure it was done asap and we also had decided to not charge you for the motor detail which we had quoted you for $150. I explained to you that you had to wait for 30 minutes because my car had problems that morning and had to get dropped off to get my other car after leaving the dealership. You kept texting about the situation with the which we were trying to take care. If it wasnt for the car trouble I wouldve been there within 10 minutes. Also you told us to have a good day and then told us you wrote a bad review. You later asked us to refund you more money and you would take it down which we didnt feel was fair to us especially after you already wrote it and even called the dealership and talked bad about us. Also we have customers that rent a car sometimes when were working on their cars especially because sometimes their cars are getting major stuff done like coatings, paint correction, etc . Each customer always says when they are renting a car. You never mentioned it one time. We care about all of our customers and want to make sure everyone is happy. We also understand that sometimes things dont always go smoothly and in this situation it didnt and were sorry . We have had this business 5 years and dealt tons of customers, but this is the first time dealing with a situation like this. We have tried to help and sorry that you feel the way you feel.

    ******* Ak keeping it clean, this statement is NOT a fully transparent statement. ******* you stated per our conversation dated 11/7/2022 932am that "you did NOT have any scheduled appointments for that day". This is NOT true as we scheduled a appointment 10/5/2022 for engine detail, pet hair removal and interior detail estimating approximately 460$ at wich time i agreed and you took a 80$ deposit on 10/5/2022. On 11/7/2022 915am we arrived at your Business. I called 11/7/2022 at 932am and you stated "you did NOT have any appointments scheduled for that day". You then started " that you had car problems and during our documented TEXT communications, you stated " you where dropping a customers car of" and could head to your Establishment at ************* in approximately 30 minutes ONLY to do a (Engine Detail and NOT a interior detail per our agreement). You then stated " if you could do the engine detail on 11/7/2022 and possibly reschedule the interior detail for another date, at wich time I said that would NOT be a option as we rented another vehicle for one day specifically to get our personal car detailed. I asked if you would possibly refund the 102$ for our out of pocket expenses do to your mistakes and you refused. The hardest part of this experience was wasting my family's time getting a rental the day before and then driving to your Establishment, only to find that you did NOT have use scheduled and would only be able to a EngineDetailand NOT a interiorDetail. I also contacted ***************** of ********* to fill a complaint as I also told you through our Text conversation in hopes to find a resolution that works for us both, you then Stated " I know the ***** and I feel like your blackmailing me" At that point I advised you via Text that I know longer want anything your company can offer as money was NEVER the issue, it was the principle that I hope as a small business owner you will one day take into consideration.     Sir like we told you before we tried to help you. Also we never told you we were dropping off a customer car. I told you I was dropping my car off at the dealership because I had car problems. The first time when you talked to you when you asked about our services I told you I was dropping off a customer car which I was delivering to continental ******* Youre mixing up 2 different conversations . Like I said before you were given options to get it taken care of. Yes it couldve been confusing. If you misunderstood them Im sorry. Which it seems like thats what happened because like I said we never said anything about dropping off a customer car that day either. Even when you messaged me I did say my car. Thats why it was going to take 30 minutes for me to get there. I wasnt expecting for the car to have issues. I needed to get to my other car, heat it up and then head your way. ****************** is clear across town. At the end of the day Im not here to argue. Im here trying to explain what seems like a big confusion for that day. I tried to make it right by heading straight to the shop even after sending your refund just in case you changed your mind and actually were willing to wait since you were at first willing to. We have been running this business for 5 years and never had anything like this happen which is why we have been highly recommended. Like I said before we also felt after giving you all the options and then you wrote a bad review. Then after that said if we refunded you money for a rental you would take the review down which we didnt feel was fair because then its like you were threatening us do even more after I rushed there and waited all day while you continued to text me when we couldve been working on it and then even telling you that the motor detail would be free when you were messaging me. Honestly when everything was explained to you like I said you misunderstood because even when you messaged later I mentioned multiple times we couldve had everything done by 5:00 after you said it could not stay overnight which is why asked about what time the rental needed to be returned which you said 7:00 pm. I even mentioned that my girlfriend was willing to cancel her plans for the day to make sure it was done. Which you wouldve had 2 hours still to return the rental after. Sorry sir you misunderstood me that day. Hope you have a nice day.

I have talked with some people I know that also own successful businesses and explained the whole situation to get their point on it because I wanna hear their point.
