He got caught when ******************* sent new policy paperwork with dates reflecting delays.When I learned the business owner selling extended warranty receives nearly 60% of plan charges, I demanded cancelation. After multiple exhausting weeks of notices, he finally responded arrogantly his store is an independent seller of Ashley products.
