This is a scam of a bank. Of course, any bank has "policies" but branch managers and other "responsible" positions of management can alter specific situations. CPFCU could care less.This bank has zero respect and cooperation with its customers, even those who have been banking with them specifically for nearly 30 years, much less ones family has been for over 30 years.All they do is say sorry to your face and refuse to hep with zero recourse for customer satisfaction. I struggled for 3 years to fix my credit/finances. Before rock bottom, I went to CPFCU for help for options, and even applied for a card promotion CPFCU offered for high credit card debt and rates. I was denied for the thing it was suppose to help. Zero customer help or care.Another important note, they will only report to 2 of the three major credit bureaus. The corporate team is absolutely outdated in their business strategies, and they will hurt you in the long run. They apparently will not even reconsider making it a point of order that they SHOULD be reporting to all three.I have used CPFCU for car and vehicle loans, personal loans, and credit cards. I almost went with a housing loan. THANK GOD I did not do that. My family for over 30 years have been using them the same way, and yet, they will stop you from pulling cash, will s**** your credit over, tongue-in-cheek apologize when they "can't" do something because of policy.The bank is trash, and all of my funds have been transferred out. My family's will soon be too. The ******* coop-share system is also trash. If you are reading this, get your money out of CPFCU. NEVER get an auto or installment loan, or a credit card card with them for you or your family. Over 16 years of history is lost to Experian because of these *****. More irony is, they are no more safe than corporate banks. FDIC is FDIC regardless of your banking institution. They will not even try for your business, because corporate CPFCU is stagnant and cowardly.
