"What kind of issue is this? Deceptive Marketing Aspen Dental promises on their website that they offer the most quality dental care from dentures, partial dentures, as well other dental related services. They are over-priced, they take liberties with upgrades, overcharge for oral cleaning care to include charging for an electric toothbrush for $135.00 w/o asking if I wanted it. I have been going to the Aspen ******, ** location since 06/26/2023, they have made three upper dentures and three 3-D lower partials to date and only the temporary uppers and my existing lower partials are the only ones I can eat with. They could not duplicate the temporary upper denture and cannot tell me why...only give me excuses. The other permanent set of upper denture and lower 3-D partial can't be worn together because I bit my lips, tongue and cheeks when I tried to eat with them. Now that they are not getting any more money from me, they have told me there's nothing more they can do. And one of their assistants was sent to tell me that they were working up a refund. But they can't refund my time, mental stress and pain or the expense of making trips at least twice sometimes more a month at 104 miles round trip. Aspen has been one of the most unprofessional, confidence-building frauds I have ever had the misfortune of getting involved with. I got suspicious after they started rotating dentists and I had to remind them what they had done to adjust the denture on my prior appointment. I still do not have an upper denture and a lower partial that is a finished product like I was assured I would have when I first started this horrible fiasco."
