On 01/ 05/ 21, ***********************************, Huntsville office proceeded to seat a new upper front bridge. Due to my periodontal disease, she added metal and double-anchored both sides of the bridge for support. Within 2 weeks, I had pain with the temporary. She stated the pain could be the result of the cement washing out, exposing my nerves, or the procedure caused nerve damage. The pain persisted before seating the new bridge. She decided to temporarily seal the permanent bridge. If pain persisted, the bridge could easily be removed and a specialist could examine my nerves, After a week, no pain. She concluded the washing out of the cement in the temporary bridge caused the pain. She tried to remove the permanent bridge that was temporarily sealed but could not. She told me to return to her office when the bridge became loose. Later. Dr. *** left the practice. I was under *********************** care in the ************* office. The next year, on 09/ 27/22, during a routine periodontal checkup, it was discovered that my front upper bridge had split down the middle and it was loose. My doctor advised me to call my dentist at once. Within minutes, I called my dentists office to inform them of his findings. An appointment was made for the next day. X-rays were taken and reviewed by ************. He stated the bridge could not be repaired because there was metal inside the bridge and repairing it would damage the porcelain. He referred me to ****************, Prosthodontist, in the Huntsville office. On 09/29/22, I met ****************. An assistant pulled up my file disclosing ************ notations that she did not permanently seat the bridge and instructing me to return to the office when the bridge became loose. **************** examined my bridge and other teeth. Later, **************** determined the missing left upper and lower bridges were the cause for the split in my upper front bridge and being loose. Therefore, they would not warrant ************ work or give me a refund. Ins. & I paid!
