Our garage was built in 2019, at the same time as our gold-certified home. The garage has three 11-foot tall gold-fortified ***** ****** metal garage doors. Two of the three doors were dented by a fallen tree in Hurricane Sally in September 2020. On 2/10/2021, Door-N-Gutter Pro visited our home and made an assessment of the damages. They assessed that one door needed complete replacement, a second required replacement of 4 of the 7 panels, and the third was undamaged. On 2/12/2021 we received a $2,990 written estimate for complete replacement of one door and 4 of the 7 sections of the second door. We authorized Door-N-Gutter Pro to proceed with the repairs. In June 2021 Door-N-Gutter Pro returned to make the repairs. They were missing one of the 7 panels of the complete door that was to be replaced. There were also missing one of the 4 panels that was to bee replaced in the second door. And, they were missing the reinforcing structural members on all of the new panels. These reinforcing members are what makes the doors gold-certified. On 6/29/2021 DoorN-Gutter Pro sent us an invoice for the full amount, $2,990, to be paid by 7/1/2021. I refused to pay until they completed the job by installing the missing panels and structural members. Door-N-Gutter Pro told us they would order and install the missing panels and structural members. We received a status phone call from Door-N-Gutter Pro in September stating they would be ready soon. Since then we have heard nothing from Door-N-Gutter Pro. They are not responding to our emails. We are still withholding payment until the job is complete. We want Door-N-Gutter Pro to complete this job, and we want to pay them as soon as it's done. Thanks for your assistance.
