I had an AC installed by this company two years ago. The cost was $*****. I have a manufacturer warranty for 10 years but labor for any issue will have to be paid by me. I recently had my AC stop working on August 11, 2022. I contacted the company the same day and was told someone will be sent out the next day on August 12. The company no-showed for the service call and when I called them to find out what happened, they told me they no longer want to do business with me. I'm now left scrambling to find another company to come for emergency maintenance while it is 90 degrees outside. They could have at least told me yesterday that they couldn't come out for service so I could find someone else. However, as the original installers and as long as they're in business, they should be responsible to come fix the issue, obviously at a cost for the labor. Agreeing to come and then not show up and then "fire" me is unprofessional. The company should stand by their work and not just take my money and run.Business response

Mr. ************ system was maintenance by us for 2 years after the system was installed. Each visit our employees where berated by Mr. ************ for various reasons that was uncalled for. We let him know earlier in the year that we wouldn't be renewing his maintenance plan and that he should find another provider because he was continually rude to our employees. Nickolas ************ is actually the son of our customer, and he lives in another state. We tried working with his father and it was just best that he try and find an HVAC provider that he would be happy with. His warranties are still good and there are plenty of other contractors he may enjoy working with. I'm not sure why they are still so mad at us, we did our best at accommodating his father and it just wasn't working out. We wish them the best in there future maintenance and service needs.
