              I had an AC installed by this company two years ago. The cost was $*****. I have a manufacturer warranty for 10 years but labor for any issue will have to be paid by me. I recently had my AC stop working on August 11, 2022. I contacted the company the same day and was told someone will be sent out the next day on August 12. The company no-showed for the service call and when I called them to find out what happened, they told me they no longer want to do business with me. I'm now left scrambling to find another company to come for emergency maintenance while it is 90 degrees outside. They could have at least told me yesterday that they couldn't come out for service so I could find someone else. However, as the original installers and as long as they're in business, they should be responsible to come fix the issue, obviously at a cost for the labor. Agreeing to come and then not show up and then "fire" me is unprofessional. The company should stand by their work and not just take my money and run.

              My mother needed a new furnace and we didn't know what company to choose. I call Bradberry and the receptionist was so very helpful. We were in contact with a technician quickly. They installed her unit the same day. We are so very pleased. The technicians did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
