            On Dec 7th **** ******* **** *** showed up at my home 5 days early without notice to begin a job that I had scheduled with his father **** ******* **** *** I was a little upset that he showed up early because i had planned on getting a second quote from another company before so that i could make sure the price was comparable but i let that go since he showed up early. They used little to no rebar or metal mess and only did so in one area. when the work was complete i gave **** *** the certified check made out to his Company name and he got upset because it had to be in his name. After stating my concernes about hiring a company and paying a lot of money for work done that now has no warranty or company that i can hold liable because i had no receipt he said i would get a receipt for the work, soi i had the check put in his name so he could cash it that day. **** ******* **** ** and **** ******* **** *** have both stopped taking my calls and the phone immediately goes to voice mail. now i have a crappy no rebar driveway from some random man with no receipt.

            Jack ******* W**** II (Proform Concrete &Construction, LLC), has been very deceptive. Our job wasn't finished, and they were paid in full - almost $******! We have asked him to return to complete and/or straighten out the job, but he hasn't. In addition, he doesn't return voicemail nor text messages. R****** also owed us $***** because he asked us to pay to have an on-the-job damage repaired. He never paid us, but thankfully, the concrete company paid us in full.

            Don't be deceived! ******* talks a good game; he will even talk great about ******************* Church to help carry out his con game. His son, Jack ************ is aware of everything and has been copied on most of the text messages. Perhaps the "con" continues to flow through the blood of Jack ************.

            We are so disappointed and trusted ******* (dad) and **** (son) to do the right thing. BEWARE
