Went to get gel nails and they started falling off from day one. I got home and after a couple hours one nail fell off. In the next days 2 nails fell off, 3 nails, etc. until finally they were all so loose they came off easily. This was gel. I sent photos. Said I would be in Tuesday but I had to work. I came in Friday and the lender argued with me. ARGUED that they could not put them back because I didn’t come Tuesday and I “pulled” them off but I made clear they came off super easy. Gel should not come off that easily. I’ve never had that happen. After arguing with me for weeks while then she made the excuse that some people have more moisture in their nails than others. this has never happened anywhere else. Then she said “you do know you came to a school, right”? Um yeah. Pointless argument, I still wanted nails that didn’t fall off from day one. The owner continued to argue with me that because I didn’t come Tuesday they were not refunding me even though I sent photos for this specific reason- so the owner would have nothing to argue with. Still, she continued arguing with me. Simply put, the first thing she should have done was apologize for my nails coming off. Second, offer a refund or getting them redone. That’s customer service. So not only did my nails fall off but not I don’t have money to get them from elsewhere. Oh and then she went on to say I got a $40 nail job that would be $60 somewhere else when I got quoted cheaper somewhere else (try again). Not only are these nails pricey but if they fall off the owner will not take accountability. This really sucks, I was excited to have nails done here and now I’m stuck with this awful job that could have been taken care of easily without arguing with a customer and getting defensive for no fault of mine.   At this point, I just want a refund so I can get them professionally done.
