              I'm a woman with rocker type of dress code. So what I wear is not very conventional. But I'm a hard working woman who works for a living and don't appreciate being treated the way they just treated me...I had some jewelry when I went in the and a piece was marked 14k gold he tested it for 14k and it checked out then for some reason he marked it and tested it for 18k and it didn't stay ALL THE WAY. well of course it's not going to stay all the way for the 18k because it's not 18k, its 14k and it stayed for 14k. I felt completely judged and discriminated against and I will never bring them any of my business and I will highly recommend others not to either..because obviously it's what your trying to sell or **** that matters at this store (which I thought was what this business was going for) its what you look like. And if I wasn't a decent person like I am I would've made a huge seen just now in the store for the way they treated me like I was completely incompetent and would tell between which hand I was gonna use to tell them where they can shove it. It was completely disrespectful.

              I am sorry ro hear about your experience in my store. My employees are taught to test all jewelry items thoroughly, but I don't know why they would test an item with 18kt if marked 14kt, unless it's a heavy plate and were trying to determine if that was the case. We do not discriminate on race, ethnicity, age , sexual preference or the way people are dressed. I would like to request the date and approximate time of the transaction so I may review our cameras and see who the employee was that was helping you and discuss this experience with that person and the store manager? I Apologize for this experience and hope to correct this so it doesn't happen to any future customers.
