momdoc is unprofessional, unexperienced staff, not caring, does not have medical bed manners. if there is -0 stars, I would have selected it. if you're pregnant, don't waste your time and stress yourself and baby, it is NOT WORTH IT. I scheduled an appointment for specifically blood test after I had tested positive for pregnancy, a women that seems like doesn't know what she's doing took me in for urine sample and then for a 30 minutes questions (while her colleague is training her and whispering in her ear) that I could have simply checked on a medical history form, then she asked to take off all my clothes so that the midwife can come in, and guess what, I sat there, naked, pregnant and emotional for over 25 minutes which is unacceptable in the medical field. then the midwife finally enters, she was great, however, she mentioned their rules about not having a doctor deliver you, it will be whomever in the hospital that day. after she had finished her 30 min testing and talking, she told me that I will finally get my blood drawn, I sat and waited again!!! for over 20 minutes for the untrained employees to come and inform me that they are busy, they will draw blood next time, I was furious and expressed that this is why I am here, their customer service sucked! medicine was not called in to the pharmacy, it was a total waste of Time and energy to drive 1 hour back and forth for NOTHING! I am now looking for a doctor that will deserve my business and give me the treatment I need as a pregnant woman. I never write reviews but If I can help a pregnant woman not to go through what I went through, I will and thats my way. Congrats on your pregnancy, look somewhere else,
