*** ordered a report for a 70 Mach in the past and had no issues. I ordered one for a 69 Talladega and ran into problems. The salesman *****"s approach is to tell me everything I've done wrong to cause all of my problems thru multiple emails instead of fixing and completing my order. If errors are made, many excuses will be made to justify them, as in **** entered incorrect original data, basically justifying any 3rd party Marti errors in a report down the line. The fact that I have had to take the time to search out a method to leave a review for the company lead me to search out errors in their reports that have made it to customers. There are many examples online. Ive read all of the other reviews on this review page and wish I was on the other side of things. Being a **** fanatic, I have many friends and business associates in the collector car market and would not recomend this service due to the sheer aggravation i've expierenced. I'm not one of the customers this company gets up every morning to serve, i've become a thorn in their side who has yet to have their order fullfilled. If your in the collector car market the phrase "Caveat Emptor" should ring true in every aspect of buying, selling, researching companies to deal with. "Buyer beware" - Do you own research. I believe this company has different levels of customers, just like the packages they offer to sell- Basic, Deluxe, Premium, Elite, If your *************************** out in ***** you'll have your reports any time of day, direct contact with *********************************, reports probably hand delivered from a gold trimmed horse drawn carraige from gentleman in top hat with white gloves on. If your the average guy and run into problems with them you'll be downgraded to dirt status, the salesman will play with you once and awhile through email at their leisure. Concourse Quality and hobbiest price only applies if you dont value your own time at all and have endless time to deal with this company. Will adjust review when satifie

Customer did not abide by our terms and conditions. His failure to follow those started the problem. Customer makes the following statement, "If your (sic) *************************** . . . reports probably hand delivered from a gold trimmed horse drawn carraige (sic) from gentleman in top hat with white gloves on. If your (sic) the average guy and run into problems with them you'll be downgraded to dirt status," I believe that demonstrates the state of mind of the customer. His money is being refunded (even though he received part of his order). It is inappropriate on the part of the customer to put names in the review. We do not want to have further business with this customer.
