For anyone who considers this gym I highly DONT recommend them!!! I needed to cancel my membership for personal reasons and this is the email that he sends me..?I had nothing but great things to say about them when I had joined a couple of months ago but unfortunately did not complete the program because I obtained a directors position and couldnt make the 8 AM workout sessions twice a week. ?? I decided to re-join but unfortunately canceled within 24 hours due to personal reasons and this is the email that I got today from the owner. Its really a shame that he spoke to me this way because I feel its totally unfair and disrespectful, and totally unnecessary!! ?So those of you who are thinking about joining this gym and if you want to know the name its right in his nasty email I would think twice??Heres their email: Hello ******,A couple of things to note:I don't work 24 hours a day, and your email is one of many I receive over the weekend. Please do not send multiple emails requesting the same thing. Your mistake does not constitute an emergency on my end. Insurgent fitness's policy on refunds: we do not issue refunds. However, at this time Insurgent Fitness has issued a refund. But, please find a different fitness facility/coach in the future, as we will not work with you moving forward. We desire to work and dedicate our time and energy to those who actually want to be successful in their fitness journey.As of now, all of your Insurgent Fitness accounts have been cancelled and deactivated and will not be reactivated for any reason.

Hello ******,Sorry to hear of you dissatisfaction with the bluntness of my email. The email was straight forward and you received what you asked for, even though it went against company policy.The email response was because of our dissatisfaction with YOUR commitment to us and our team. As your review states, you had several memberships with us in the past (you mention only two, but you actually had 3). Per my own notes, your first membership with us was for our group personal training classes, to which you never arrived for, even if you scheduled yourself for the class. By registering for a class you took slots away from other members. The group classes have limited spots, and when you take a spot you prevented others from joining. We contacted you several times to please arrive for the appointed time, or to please remove yourself so other members could participate in the class. This first membership was cancelled by us because of inactivity on your part. The second membership was with a personal trainer. Again, you would schedule with the trainer (generally early mornings, and then would never show up for the time YOU scheduled. You then cancelled this membership because you could not "find" time to get in. This last membership you signed up for online training, but then within 24 hours you cancelled stating "you found another option". You signed up on a Friday, cancelled Saturday, then proceeded to send multiple emails demanding cancellation, with your final email sent on Monday demanding a refund.I obliged your request. Cancelled the membership per your request, and though against company policy, issued a refund (even though no mistake was made on our end). I simply asked that should you decide to move forward in your fitness journey to please go else where- mainly because Insurgent Fitness is not the best fit for you.Do take care of yourself, and I hope you find the fitness journey you seek!
