Dont give them your keys! This was the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. To be fair, **** is very polite and easy to work with, but the owner comes off as arrogant and condescending. They subcontract some of their work which will cost you more time and even more money. My endeavor with this shop started February 7th. They told me it would be 5 days for services to be completed, 17 days later I got my keys back, 17 days! I drove away and realized they had left my tank on empty, I had to drive straight to a gas station to get it home and to top it off, my vehicle was running worse than ever! My vehicle was running so bad, even after I had been told it was all fixed! I went in for a rough idle and a transmission problem and after $4,600.00 my vehicle was running worse and leaking transmission fluid! I took it back for a warranty repair to get the oil leak fixed. I was told it would be a quick fix and they again kept it another week! When I got my vehicle back I put it in my garage and went on vacation. To my surprise when I returned there was a large oil leak all over my garage floor. So much that it ran out of my garage. They wanted me to have the truck towed into their shop, on my dime. They asked if I had triple A or any insurance towing coverage. l adamantly refused this request. Then they did come over and took my truck back to their garage, also they brought over a bag of absorbent over to help absorb the mess. Again, they said it would be fixed, but they ended up sending it to *********************** on Valencia, that is where I believe they subcontract their transmissions. My vehicle was there for a week. In between the visits to gasoline Alley I took my vehicle to Ooroo in Green Valley where they were able to fix the rough idle. Which is one of the reasons that I initially took my truck into Gasoline Alley for. I had to pay twice for this repair!
