I am making this review for my mom whom I recently had to bring to this clinic. We arrived at 9:30am on 08/16/22 and followed the directions to check in via phone as the sign on the door said to do. I assume they do this due to COVID. After checking in via phone we were told we had to wait for them to call back and let my mother in. At 11:30am we called to see how much longer the wait would be and we were told a few hours, when we asked for a more specific time frame for the wait time we were told there wasnt one. At 1:00pm I called and asked if they would allow my mother to wait inside the lobby since wed already been here a few hours waiting outside in the car but we were told she could not enter until they called back. Obviously this entire time we were waiting inside the car with the ** on however this is ******* and the temperature outside was in the 100s so even with the ** on it gets really hot inside a car. I find it ridiculous that a clinic does not have a better way of doing things that does not make their patrons sit outside in the heat for hours and without some communication on how long theyll take to help someone. This business has 5 BBB stickers plastered on their front window but I cannot comprehend why they received them.
