    To whom it may concern,It is March 20th.You were here on Feb 25th to do an estimate.It is over three weeks.I have left three messages to get the status of the install. Have not heard anything back.You have my deposit of $2,427.00 If I do not hear back from you by March 22, I will contact my lawyer about getting the deposit refunded.You have my phone number.     We are confused by this customer's review. We very clearly have stated that we do not have a full time office person at this time on our phone greeting and that we do not return phone calls while we are out at other customer's properties so that the customer that we are with is able to have our full undivided attention, and we also do not take phone calls while driving heavy work truck in accordance with ******* laws; the voicemail also states that we will try to return any calls we can by text if possible while we are out. We are a small business and we are unfortunately stretched thin right now due to the nationwide labor shortage. We met with this customer in person and did the estimate and collected the deposit for the door and let her know that we would be in contact with her once the door arrived. The door that she chose has a lead-time of a minimum of 4-6 weeks (and possibly slightly longer due to the weather conditions and the ability of semis to make it from the Midwest to *******.) All of this information is on the invoice/receipt that was sent at the time that the deposit was made 2/25/23. This customer left 2 messages one even saying that "This is ******************* calling you guys were here on the 25th of February to do a garage door estimate. I'm just calling to see if there has been any news update. I know, it's might be a little bit too soon. (-voicemail to text translation) " She went from this type of message she did leave a secondary similar one to threatening us. We are well within the lead-times that were verbally given at the time of deposit and also on the invoice that was emailed. We are doing our best to get back to everyone but we have been working 5:30am -9pm almost everyday for the last 2 months trying to catch-up and we feel that it isn't appropriate as a business to call customers at 4am or after 9pm (I would post the screenshots of our truck GPS here but there doesn't appear to be a way to do so) so we have been doing our best to communicate via text and email. This customer also emailed us on 3/20 and we responded by 8am on 3/21. From the conversation that we had via email on 3/21 we thought that she was happy with the update that she was given and that we were on track for her install once the door lands. So I am actually baffled by this review entirely.
