BUYER BEWARE!!! Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions does not warranty the mesh screen component of their retractable screens, while local competitors have a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately, I spent thousands of dollars purchasing 3 retractable screens from from this company and the 2 smaller screens have never functioned properly. After one of the screens was serviced about a year ago by the owner Al, the screen has never hung properly, was severely wrinkled and has had numerous issues. That screen is now torn from its zipper. The customer service has been abysmal from both Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions and its ******** manufacturer Phantom Screens. Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions is the sole distributor of Phantom Screens in Arizona, as such, the customer is not able to get either ********************** parts or their screen serviced/fixed by anyone other than Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions. Bottomline, customers are subject to a parts and service monopoly allowing Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions to charge highly inflated prices, their service charge fee is $195 while comparable competitors charge $75. After receiving a quote to replace my mesh screen torn from its zipper, which was nearly the cost of the entire original unit, I complained about the highly inflated cost. I now have a completely nonfunctional screen and I was given an ultimatum from the company that if I want my screen fixed, I must first sign a document that states I understand that the *********** and Labor are no longer covered under warranty and A service call fee of a $195 + parts (subject to change) will apply to any future service requests regardless of the issue. Completely outrageous as the company website states that it has an Industry leading lifetime warranty. There are much better options in the the Valley for Retractable Screens who offer a real warranty on their mesh screens and who appreciates their customers! Stay Away!

***, as per Phantom's technical team, they have determined that the unit installed in 2017 was not a mesh design flaw. Therefore, it did not fall under Phantom's warranty program and they've provided sufficient feedback to support their decision.
