Wish we could give ZERO stars. It should not take 9 weeks to reupholster an ottoman. Wanted to reupholster a simple ottoman.Found material that matched to other pieces of our furniture. That company has been out of business for 2 years (why are the samples still on the floor?).Found my own material and footers. Was told to bring it in and drop it off in two weeks as it was a simple job and would be done in 3 days. Brought it in at said date, paid deposit and was told to give it a week till done. A week goes by and I called. Was told that it had not gone out yet but would the following week. Another week goes by and I called, yes...it's done and ready for pick up. So I said I'd come by the next day.I got a call and was told it wasn't done correctly, would be another day or two. Still nothing 4 days later so I called again. Told the employee was new and it would be another week. Another week goes by and I went in. The ottoman was 'done' but after unwrapping it, was horrible! Off center, huge seams not accurate, etc. Was then told by owner, it would be done IN HOUSE the following Monday (this was Saturday) ...another week goes by so I went in. It was sitting in the same place, not done. Lied to "guy was sick" - owner said...employees are new so they can't make a phone call to tell me. (they can't make a phone call? Who are you hiring?) Last week, sent an email demanding to pick up on Tues or reporting to Attorney General. Called Monday, it will be here Tues am. Owner Lied and said he responded to my email twice and texted me (LIES!). Called at 1:30 Tuesday. More lies. It was there but they were too busy to inspect it. I believe they are all on some sort of substance (crack?). Multiple outright lies by BOTH owners. They can't keep their stories straight. NEVER darken their doors. They are a hot mess. Blaming the fact they are busy and acting like it's the customers fault.
