Horrible serviceactually a complete LACK OF SERVICE! Been paying a ridiculous amount to have our trash picked up once a week and sometimes it happens and sometimes our trash just sits on the curb for 3 weeks waiting to be picked up even though Ive been told over and over that our trash is on the schedule to be picked up today by numerous representatives and then at the end of the day its still sitting there and then I call the next day and we repeat the whole process over and over again. Ive done my research too and Im not the only one in our area thats having problems with them.Review from Richard P

I recently discontinued my residential trash pick-up from Republic Services as I found another service that will do the same for about a third of what they were charging. What I really don't understand is why they charge me $110.16 to pick up my two 96 gallon trash contains. When I asked how much it would cost to deliver two 96 gallon containers I was told it would be $36.50 for each container (ie $73.00) . I don't understand why it costs more to pick up 2 empty containers than it does to drop off 2 empty containers. Also, it makes no sense to charge double the price to pick up 2 containers since regardless of how many containers they pick up they still only send 1 truck and 1 driver. Why charge another $36.50 just to roll 1 more container onto their trailer. I was not told in advance how much they would charge to pick up my containers. If I had known I would have taken the containers to them myself (about 5 miles away)Review from Louise W

I rate them as 0 stars! There services and billing department are terrible! We had to use their commercial services (we had no other options) and when we moved to a different location- although we called to cancel our services, they continued to **** us, now going on over 3 months for a building we vacated December 1st. I have called and talked to everybody from **************** on up to the Division Manager and yet we STILL continue to receive bills and past due notices, though we were assured our account has been closed. I would NEVER use them again.
