            I was treated rudely because I had the audacity to question the pricing and quality of mechanics. ****** would not politely address my concerns. I felt like I my honesty was questionable to this shop. Nasty comments on official paperwork. I was verbally told never to bring my truck back as the shop had enough clientele. Kept bringing up my condenser damage for my AC which I NEVER inquired about AC and apparently I was too stupid to notice my AC Compressor missing as it was stolen in 2008. No AC for years. I was charged over $500 for diagnostic testing which no computer to run a test on. ********** wire missing from starter which on a **** GMC is very easy. I just can't do it myself with all my medical issues like cancer, etc. I am on disability and they saw easy target.

            I AM SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THAT YOU WERE TREATED RUDELY I DO REMEMBER YOUR VEHICLE YOU CAME IN ASKING FOR US TO INSTALL AN ALTERNATOR AS YOU KNEW THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. WHEN WE ASKED IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO BE SURE YOU DECLINED SO WE NOTED THAT ON THE TICKET. EVERY TIME WE TRIED TO DISCUSS WITH YOU ANYTHING ABOUT THE ***** YOU IMMEDIATELY SHUT THE CONVERSATION DOWN AND WOULD NOT HEAR ANYTHING WE HAD TO SAY. WE DOCUMENTED ALL THE THINGS WE TRIED TO BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION ON THE WORK ORDER SO WE WOULD HAVE REFERENCE TO IT LATER IF YOU HAD ANY QUESTIONS. WE DID ASK THAT YOU NOT BRING THE VEHICLE BACK AS WE WERE TRYING TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF THE OIL LEAKS AND CHUNKS IN THE COOLING SYSTEM AND YOU AGAIN WOULD SHUT THE CONVERSATION DOWN. OUR JOB HERE IS TO BRING TO LIGHT THE ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE AND ADDRESS THEM IF YOU WANTED. THIS IS WHY WE DOCUMENTED THE WORK ORDER WITH ALL THE ISSUES. I AGAINI AM SORRY IF YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE TREATED RUDELY. WE WERE JUST TRYING TO LOOK OUT FOR YOUR SAFTEY AND YOUR VEHICLES SAFTEY.
