Ex male friend of mine referred me there, it was great until a younger male started disclosing my personal business on recorded calls to clients of CHIME REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGIES which rebranded into LOFTY. I documented and took my concerns to ********** and ***** B - Supervisor and Directory had fired the other female on my team and left me being slowed down with constant issues with ****** disclosing my personal business to the public and all the leftover males on the team getting credit for my work. I showed the company examples and was assured I was safe to keep doing what I was doing, I had also reported that my Broker had received some similar calls and advised my Oct commissions were withheld and this was impacting me professionally as a Realtor representing the Lofty team. The last week of Nov 2023 **************** assured me I was safe. Dec 5th **** S jumped on a computer screen without pre-planning a meeting and fired me. Lofty did not pay me any of my November commissions and they never recouped my October commissions as ***** B said I was safe on and to send him all the examples. This company is not doing the right thing, and they are discriminating. Ex male friend of mine who referred me was previously fired from another company for sexual harassment in 2017. This ex-male friend of mine has made zero effort to contact me after knowing him 17 years prior to referring me to Chime aka Lofty. He himself was causing me delays my last month by pulling me into meetings and others were taking my sales credit but **** S didn't honor the coaching that ***** said I would be covered in and they are substandard and inadequate in my opinion as a former employee and Realtor using their system. **************** did not do the right things as I was employed there for 1 year 8 months and left out to dry during the holidays by an all-male team and a friend who is one of the original sales guys there making too much money while out golfing - not working.
