I visited this location on 04-10-2023 to get a tire fixed. During of which I asked for a price to get my a/c re charged. A service writer informed "*******" informed me if you want an "advice" it'll be $75.00 or if you want the freeon added it is per pound. Having gotten done a recent job on my engine past 2 weeks ago I knew I had no freeon in my ac system and asked ******* to at 3.4 to my truck to which he said "okay". 10 minutes later I am woman name "*******" who was sitting behind my service advisor ******* mentioned to me that my ** Compressor is bad because it is leaking. I told her that it is not and not to further touch my truck and to get me out of there with my tire bill. She asked another one of her associate to block my truck and she threatened me that if I did not pay the $75 she would call the cops. I said to go ahead because I clearly told ******* in front of ******* that I do not want an advice and have not broken any laws. They both failed to inform me that they would still charge me a fee of $75. They put ZERO amount of freeon in my ** system and the ** is still not working. I feel very cheated and disrespected as a consumer I have rights and I fee abused. The business have not tried to help me and just wanted more and more money. I will not to returning to this business as they are a mafia trying rob people of money. I ask that my $75 paid to the business additional to me service promise be refunded to me. I have not done anything wrong. I have attached the receipts and pictures. Thank you
