VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Had explained my circumstances from the very beginning, tight move on a tight schedule, plus my partner was in the hospital for approximately 4 days, and the individual I was depending on to help box never showed. So yes we need to move miscellaneous stuff and boxes around to facilitate their work. I HAD ALSO told them that I would be sequestering our cats (indoor) in each bathroom. Soon after the arrival, while I was trying to capture the cat, they started piling stuff in the front bathroom, and I reiterated that is where the cats are and the bathrooms are NOT to be packed. All this time they left the front door wide open. At this point *********** started to become rude, saying that I never mentioned the cats. Sorry, but BS, and that is what I relayed, fn BS! At this point *********** started rolling up his sleeves and started getting in my space in an intimidating manner. I had 911 ready on my phone and was mentally going through my options to defend myself. He finally loudly stated that he was canceling the move, so I replied fine, get the h*** out of here, and one of his workers came between us and was urging him away. Last thing I needed on a hard, short move was to deal with the individuals unprofessional manner and attitude. Unless you have a perfect move going on, I would NOT recommend this company at all.
