Took my trailer down to be fixed and also purchased a brand new one to the tune of ******* plus ************* , upon hooking it up found out the coupler was bad on the brand new trailer causing damage to my brand new truck , as well as almost causing a major accident on the freeway !!!*** the so called manager told me he just runs the place and dose not over see the work. Upon picking up my trailer had major damage to the back end . I asked to have the fenders welded on they only welded one side WOW ! as I was going down the road the One fender came off this was after I had to fight to get coupler off the ball due to damage on yet another coupler, went to pick up another trailer I had left for work to be done on as the third time is NOT a charm and did not want them doing the work !!!there welder (***** ) purposely threw my rack down & bent the hinges , due to his bad attitude. Safety chains & a new battery were installed on my trailer without my consent ( no call or nothing just **** your price up without permission. We will most likely be in court soon !!! there was nothing wrong with my safety chains or battery, this place totally rips you off WATCH OUT!!! THEY ALSO KEEPT MY BOLTS TO MY TOP RACK THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM INSTALL WOW!!! I am A local born & raised resident of Tucson & have never seen such c*** in my life, people do not care ! its all about how much can we scam the customer out of !!!

******************, please allow me to collect myself after this head spinning review. Thank you for purchasing a trailer from us back in September. I will do my best to address all your grievances from first to last. First, coupler issue. You said your brand new trailer had a bad coupler causing damage to your brand new truck. I remember our conversation on the phone regarding your coupler issue June, 9th. This conversation was nine months after you purchased the trailer, NOW you are complaining about a defective coupler? Regardless of the time it took, I was polite on the phone and offered to personally look at your coupler for this so called defect. This never happened because you never brought the trailer in for inspection. If you know anything about me, I will always fix a problem if it was something my staff did incorrectly. Secondly, you are correct that I am the manager. I'm also the bookkeeper, accounts payable/receivable, schedule employees and even will sell a trailer once in awhile. However, I have employees that are managers in their respected divisions as well. I have a parts manager, a service manager and a sales manager. We sell over a thousand trailers a year and service much more than that. Obviously, I can't do it all but I do a lot. Now, **** my service manager has been dealing with you a long time, years from what I understand and he tells me you are a special sort. ****, not me write up the WORK ORDERS. This is the best system in the business and that is why we service hundreds of trailers more than any other dealership. These WORK ORDERS are clearly written and easy to understand. I looked at your WORK ORDER and it was clearly written ONE fender to be welded and signed by you acknowledging this fact. Thirdly, all my staff have worked here for over 2+ years some over 10+ years, I have an awesome staff. The best in the business! No company in this state has more combined knowledge than Tucson Trailer Company. That is another reason why our customers come back time and time again. My tech ***** was treated like c*** by you. You don't get to cuss out my employees because you think you're entitled to. You asked ***** for some help loading a large metal rack. Unannounced I might add. You just showed up out of the blue and drove to the back of my property without my knowledge. I would have been more than happy to help any customer that asked. You didn't ask, you demanded and that's why my tech had enough of you and dropped your problem not ours. Let me be very clear! You have an attitude problem and a maintenance problem with your trailers. Your equipment is worn out and unsafe. I do not ask for permission when it comes to safety. I tell every customer, If you don't want your equipment safe don't bring it to me. I met you for the first time two weeks ago when I helped my employee load your rack in your beat up horse trailer. I wouldn't want to be one of your horses. When I saw how you half haphazard tie down a 100+pound steel rack hanging out of your trailer with ten cents worth of twine I knew we would never do business again. Lastly, I know nothing about your bolts. If we have your bolts send me a **** and I will pay for them. You're being Ridiculous!!! BTW...you're fired!

    Customer Response

    07/18/2022

I shall attempt to respond to your reply in the order in which it was written. The issue of a bad coupler on the new trailer was not brought to the attention of your employees nine months after the purchase, in fact one of your employees responded to my location just off I-10 at the time the trailer came unhitched almost immediately after the purchase. I have no knowledge as to when it was brought to your attention. When I came to pick up my horse trailer and rack it was not unannounced, I called and said I would be coming that afternoon. Your employee, *****, was asked, politely, if he could help with the rack, his response was that he wasn't going to load that f**king rack and then he dropped it. Attitude problem? no, it appears that ***** had an attitude problem! Your employee who did help apologized for ******* rudeness. Yes the horse trailer needs some work, that is exactly the reason it was taken to Tucson Trailer! The ten cents worth of twine held the rack in the trailer going several miles up and down dirt roads, obviously it was sufficient. The bag of bolts to attach the rack to the trailer was not located at the time the trailer was picked up, but can be replaced. It is wonderful that you feel that you have such great employees, but I did not find them all to be so wonderful.
