Im writing this review as we are waiting in front of the clinic due to one issue regarding misinformation. Their recording on their voicemail(which I also have) as of January 2nd at 9:12 AM stated they would be open by 9:00 AM(one of their staff members is walking in even told my wife they open at 9:00 AM). Their front door flyer showed conflicting information to their voice recording reading that they open at 9:30 AM. Our cats appointment was set for 9:30 AM. Why would you schedule any appointment for the exact opening time of any business? My wife and cat were going to have to wait outside in the rain and cold because we thought she had to be here before 9:30 AM as a courtesy to be early for an appointment to check-in(at least 15 mins prior to showtime). This also caused me to miss a morning meeting down the street since I wasnt just going to allow my wife and our cat to stand outside for the clinic to open due to the misinformation this business has provided. Also, they were still not open at 9:31 AM. On top of that the receptionist was completely rude and offered NO apology whatsoever for the inconvenience.We planned around this appointment. A half hour may not seem like a big deal to some but I assure you, a lot happens in less time than that especially when you have a completely booked schedule to follow. The time loss and scheduling conflict will never be recovered. This was absolutely a disappointing experience despite all of their previous reviews for their services. This incident requires a look into, whether it be the business as a whole or their employees.Review completed as of 9:55 AM on 1/2/2023.
