Bought a winter motorcycle glove directly from HELD usa online store. Cost me $310 and they never sent me an email invoice. Only a SMS with a link.The glove are the correct size (used their sizing guide) but very bulky and uncomfortable and gave me blisters within the first ride. I tried it on twice ONE day during two short 30 minute rides and did not like them.Contacted them to return them as their return policy states ****************************************************************************************************************** water to soften them. I was not comfortable doing that as I just wanted to explore other softer options rather than soaking brand new gloves in water.I told them that I would rather just return the gloves that I had only tried once for ***** minute ride. At that point, they refused saying they cannot accept return. I responded to them quoting their own return policy from their website which is this -====We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our quality products. If a return should nevertheless be necessary, we ask you to return the complete goods, in their original packaging for fast and smooth processing.To return goods In case of a return due to the wrong size, wrong style or you are just plain not happy with the product, please email us at customerservice rideheld.com for a return authorization.Once you have received your return authorization email, pack up the item/s in their original packaging and bring to your favorite shipping company.As soon as the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse you will be granted a refund to your original payment method.Please note:We do not accept packages without the return authorization code.====After that point they have stopped responding to my emails and never returned to call me back when I left a voicemail on their support line.At this point, I am out 310 and cannot use the gloves because they are extremely uncomfortable and bulky.
