      Hey I rented a car for a week from January 4th till January 11th my weekly rate was 159 I over keep the car for 4 days when I return the car they charged me **** for 4 late days which is very ridiculous I tried to talk to the the manager he wouldnt come out to talk the lady in the front told me to talk to the owner which lives in *********** how would I talk to the owner if the manager cant come and talk to me very bad attitude in that location I will be fighting these charges I will not recommend anybody to rent from them

      Yes I picked up the car on 1/4 drop of on 1/11 pick up and drop off at *** location my name is ***************************** I drop the car off a few days late which was the 15 4 days late then I was told I owe **** for the 4 days late fee I ask to talk to a manager manager wouldnt come and talk to me which is not professional I never received the contract on email everything was signed on a computer when I dropped the car off they kept the only paper I had then when I left a worker there told me to call and talk to the owner of the location thats the only person that can drop the charges on the car I called never received a call back I emailed you guys I never received a email back neither which isnt professional at all the car a weekly rate cost 159 a week you guys trying to charge me for for 2 months which isnt fare I traveled the world and never had this issue happened to me ever

      I went to *** on the 25th landed 930pm ********** time. We were pared with this **mpany through Priceline or whatever booking **mpany my family used. The location closed at 430 pm which was silly because again our flight got in at 930pm. We took an uber to our destination for the night only to have to take one back in the am to ** rental car to get our rental. We picked it up and headed out for our day stopping in ******* to have lunch with family as we were out there for a wedding of a family member. We went to Agave in ******* parked the vehicle and went into enjoy time with our family. We returned to the vehicle about 35 mins later to find that the back window had been smashed out and ALL OF OUR LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS WERE TAKEN. We **ntacted the police who never came and then headed back to the ** rental ** to get a new vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle we were told the 12 other cars had been brought back that day for the same exact thing. The fact that 12 cars IN THE SAME DAY had the same thing happen to them makes me start to think this **mpany is scamming knowing that this is happening. They obviously make money off of the cars being brought back vandalized and the people doing the vandalizing KNOW THESE SPECIFIC CARS FROM ** that is very shady and disgusting again ALL OF OUR FAMILY BELONGINGS WERE stolen valuable things : Laptops, jewelry, ids, cards , cloths. Something has to be done someone needs to be held ac**untable and again I feel like they know this happens and let people get scammed and ROBBED because they are from out of town that is ludicrous absolutely unacceptable.
