      02/26/2022 we spent $77 at the Cheesecake Factory, someone stole my work phone from our table, and I almost lost my job.

      My wife asked that we be seated at a booth for privacy so that she could tend to our baby in privacy. The hostess sat us at a table by a wall covered in mirrors. We told them we needed to be moved to a booth for privacy. We had to wait in the lobby for a booth to open up for another 20 minutes. When the same hostess tried to seat us again, she intentionally sat us at the only booth in the restaurant with mirrors. There were plenty of normal booths open all over the place. We asked to see the manager and no manager would respond to our request. I want the hour of my families lives wasted waiting back.

      I need a full refund for the item they gave me was not what I ordered. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and they put chicken in it. When I called to get a refund I was assured I would recieve one. Its been 9 days and I have yet to recieve a refund for the Fettuccine Alfredo. My girlfriend is a Vegetarian and for them to add chicken to it completely ruined my experience as a diner. But to add insult to injury i never recieved my money back for the item.

      This was submitted ** the ********** ******** Your ****** ***** location is absolutely *********** I've been waiting for over 30 minutes past the time my food was supposed ** be ready. I called ** let them know I was here and they said it would be right out..20 minutes later I called again and they said the food was sitting there and someone would be bringing it out. She asked if that was my first time calling and I said no I had called 20 minutes ago ** check in. That was 15 minutes ago. Do I need ** call a certain number of times before they actually bring it out? Why offer ******** services if your ********* just don't do their ***** I guarantee the food is ice ***** Such a horrible *********** It has been over a week and I have not been contacted by them ** rectify this issue.

      On 12/21/2021 Myself and my mom wanted to take my father out for 2 reasons on his birthday (which is 12/21/2021). We were celebrating his cancer recovery and his 62nd birthday. My father who had not visited the Cheesecake Factory was very excited for 1st visit. We had drinks to celebrate his life and better health ($45.58). We ordered spinach and artichoke dip, 2 meatloaf dinners and a chicken pasta (not to mention i had to choose different selections 3 different times because they did not have the items in stock) Hence the beginning of a bad experience($63.26). Our food arrived and we asked about the appetizer. We watched her go and put the order in. She did admit to the error and stated it will be out shortly. About 5 minutes later the dip arrived. As I tasted the dip, I instantly noticed something was wrong. It was a taste unfamiliar to me. I asked my mom and She tasted the dip and said its seafood.I spit it out, and began ******* at the table my mom excused herself and went to ***** and *********** the seafood as we both have ********* ********** I began ******** ********* as my tongue and **** began ********* The night was ****** for my family and more so my father. I began to shed ***** as a day we all had been ******* on we now a terrible occasion and health ****** My father returned the **** the waiter looked and took the food back with no ******* not even a apology or concern. At this moment my biggest concern was to pay attention to my body as ********* ********* cause ******** He asked for the manager, asked was there something to ********** for the bad *********** The manager said what do you want. My father said I would like dessert as well as my wife and daughter. The managers was reluctant when my father ********* 3 cheesecakes which I am ******** by. I began to cry more at the treatment and just wanted to leave. We paid the bill and we left as the night was ********** was ***** I would like to address our *********** experience due to food ********

      i ordered online order for pickup. i get a text stating its ready. i wait 10 min before going inside common curd asity. wait inline kid screams out anyone waiting for pick up. i raise my hand give the kid my name. kid replys ill be right back with your order. kid comes back with an order that wasnt mind. i wait another 25min before asking the kid. he replys you ignored me when i asked for your name. i felt offended and asked why he ignored me when i gave him my name. the kid replied '' get our of my face or else''. great service you guys got going here. i shouldnt have to fight the kid at the register to get my online order deemed ready by your system. now i asked for a manager. she comes out ********** me like its my fault. saying something about the text. i took my phone out showed her the time stamps. she was completely ********* ask for a ****** cause i didnt wanna bring home cold non edible food to my **** (2hours from the time we placed the order and from the time i walked out). now i left without any food or money. the manager by the name of ****( she ***** ******* a ******* and thats the name she gave me. states its an online order and she has to contact corp for a refund. why is that ? i can order online and pick up instore but not process a refund from an online order. doesnt sound right. either way its been few days with no emails no phone calls. i tried to reach out online nothing. phone number leads to an answering machine with a full mailbox. returned email says that this is an unmonitored email address. not sure what kind games are being played via corp here but i want my money back. i ********* the states district att office for fraud. you can not take someone money and not give them there product or refuse to give your ********* a refund or a way to get there money back.

      El dia 8 de diciembre un grupo de amigas fuimos a cenar a TheCheesecake Factory de ******** ****** y al momento de pagar di una tarjeta de regalo de $50.00 y la mesera dijo que solo tenía $16.66 de saldo pero ella ya había echo la transacción de $33.34 y dijo que ya había sido usada yo tuve que pagar com mi tarjeta de débito otra vez esa cantidad y me cobró doble y quiero que me devuelvan el dinero de mi tarjeta de regalo que me robo solo me dejo un saldo de $16.66 más $33.34 hace un total de $50.00 el valor total de mi tarjeta de regalo, la hora fue 20:22 de la noche On December 8, a group of friends went to dinner at TheCheesecake Factory in ******** ****** and at the time of paying I gave a gift card for $ 50.00 and the waitress said that she only had $ 16.66 of balance but she had already made the transaction of $ 33.34 and he said that it had already been used I had to pay that amount again with my debit card and he charged me double and I want them to refund the money from my gift card that I stole, he only left me a balance of $ 16.66 plus $ 33.34 a year ago. total of $ 50.00 the total value of my gift card, the time was 8:22 p.m.
