***** is an incompetent charlatan who was fired from her own mother's management company, ******* Properties.There is no "working w/ *****". Working w/ ***** is like working w/ a narcissist. You will receive Double Speak, be gaslit, receive threats, endless excuses, Future Fakes, and more. Make sure you have enough in your savings to pay rent three times in one month after ***** loses your check -yes, A&J Properties (owned by *****) still doesn't have direct deposit even though it was invented FORTY-SEVEN YEARS AGO - b/c she won't even know she's lost your check for months! ***** lost my February rent check and didn't inform me until mid-April! We were three weeks into April when she contacted me claiming I hadn't paid rent for that month. When she, eventually, checked her records, she realized two rent payments were missing. SHE LOST MY FEBRUARY CHECK, TOO!! I had to reissue two checks in April then pay rent AGAIN two weeks later for May!Don't come to her with a complaint about a problem tenant. She will side with the drug dealing, problem maker like a defensive girlfriend and rat you out to the person you're trying to file a complaint about. Then she'll gaslight you, use doublespeak and other manipulative tactics in a feeble attempt to make you out as the problem.Also, be prepared to have plastic bags of human f**** left to rot on the property for months on end. Our, literal, bag of c*** has been festering in the corner since Easter! The garbage is constantly overflowing and the laundry room is always a mess.
