            In July 2021, BBB opened an investigation on the website; www.commedesgarcons.us and a few other affiliate websites. The investigation was prompted by numerous complaints BBB received indicating that customers do not receive their orders and that the business is unresponsive to inquiries.

            BBB found that the address advertised on the website is occupied by another business.

            BBB has been unable to locate any business registrations for this business.  BBB urges caution when engaging in business with a company that you cannot verify registration.

            This behavior is very typical of an online ecommerce scam. “Scammers” purchase a domain name and create a website that looks very similar to a legitimate business in the area. Random goods are often offered at “too good” of prices to lure consumers in. Once the order is placed and the money is collected all correspondence stops.

            BBB unable to locate business
            My order #114611 placed on 5/5/22 and charged/paid for gas never been processed, never shipped. We contacted customer service several times through email and no respond, their phone does not work, and customer service is completely non existent. We would like to receive our order or get full refund. Not sure how such business can survive without any reasonable access to support and updates of order.. even if delayed.
