            On June 14, 2022, BBB requested MoccaandBows to modify, substantiate or discontinue claims made on their website (https://www.moccsandbows.com/home) that read, "Use code: FREE" - with no expiration date. Additionally, In the "Shop" link, there are crossed out prices next to a new price listed. Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising.

            BBB's Code of Advertising Section 9 states, The unqualified term “sale” may be used in advertising only if there is a significant reduction from the advertiser's usual and customary price of the products or services offered and the sale is for a limited period of time. If the sale exceeds thirty (30) days, advertisers should be prepared to substantiate that the offering is indeed a valid price reduction and has not become their regular price. Time limit sales must be observed. For example, products or services offered in a “one-day sale,” “three-day sale” or “this week only sale” should, as a general rule, be taken off “sale” and revert to the regular price immediately following expiration of the stated time.

            Have been charged since March 2022 for a sub box from these people. The first 2 years before were great. They stopped sending and continued charging. Blamed it on supply issues but wont reply back to email or social media accounts.

            Ex wife and I received bows for the first year then suddenly they just stopped coming. They continue to take out money every month. When you call customer service it only rings twice and you can't leave a message or get an option to talk to anybody. Both of us have emailed them a dozen or more times with no response. I had to contact the company who supposedly powers them to contact somebody and have the account cancelled
