            In 2016 I bought a shower panel (Serinity Plus). In 2018 they replaced my shower station due to a faulty diverter valve problem. In 2020, the replacement shower station became faulty again with the same issue, faulty diverter valave problem. After filing a complaint with BBB, they sent me a new diverter valve replacement. In 2022, the same issue arises, a faulty diverter valve. I reached out to ****** (*********) and his reply was the following: Unfortunately, we don't have any parts/cartridges for Tranquility Plus any more. I here provide the dimensions of 5-Way Tranquility Diverter. You may check if can find the similar size online. I wish you good luck! Following this reply, I reached out to them multiple times with no reply. And here we are again chasing ****** to get some kind of resolution.

            Horrible company.
            Need new filters for range hood and they Never return call or respond when sent on form they electronically provide! or return a call. I have searched everywhere for a filter, that might work and no luck.
            and they dont seem to carry them anymore.
            The latch on mine broke, years ago and they dont appear to carry them as a part! and have not be able to find a size in this country or any other that fits !
            So we may have to redo our custom wood work and install a new hood fan, all because we cant get a filter! DON'T buy anything from this place, they are as useless as they come.
