I ordered ultrasonic Bed Bug Repellers. When I got them they turned out to be for European outlets. I contacted them and they said they could give me a discount. I reminded them of the 30 day money back guarantee. Then they said they could exchange them for the correct ones. I'm still waiting for them to do something.Initial Complaint

Items were purchased on 10/25/23. Four pet air purifiers for ******. They are smaller than a cell phone and only usable with usb cords. Purifiers were unusable and very cheaply made. Emailed requesting a refund. Several emails completely ignored despite all info and pics included. Customer complained the purifiers were falsely advertised, cheaply made, and only usable with usb connections. The dimensions in the ad were misleading. Company responded that they would update their ads and thanked us for our feedback. No mention of refund or return. No phone number or address for the company. After several emails & a complaint that we would file w consumer protection agencies; Pawtins responded that the purifiers were on sale and therefore, not returnable. Several reviews read after purchase went through stated the company is actually out of ***** and is a complete scam.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 items that were advertised as air purifiers for people with pets I ordered two of these things. When they arrived they were tiny and had a paper inside the box saying this was a car air purifier, that it was a TOY and not intended for children under 6 and the kicker was that it could spontaneously combust! I would never purchase a product like this and none of this was disclosed in the ad. Company had a 30 day refund and I contacted them immediately when I read the instruction paper and told them they didnt disclose the truth about this product and that it could damage property and lives. Now the tell me after the 30 days have passed that they cant accept returns for items on sale, they gave a discount if you got suckered into buying 2, which I unfortunately did. Now I have read numerous complaints from other customers who have been scammed by this company. I dont have buyers remorse, they misrepresented this product. I would never purchase a toy car air purifier that might spontaneously combust.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pet air purifier from this company and it is much smaller than they make it appear in photos and does not work for my needs. I have read many reviews since receiving this about the company and all are bad. I have contacted them to inquire how to start a refund and after three email attempts and four days, I finally got a response asking me to explain why I wanted to return it and that they would be in contact with instructions. I respond still have not gotten a response. My fear is that they are intentionally delaying response so that the time I am eligible to make a return passes. I would greatly appreciate help with this company that MANY have referred to as fraudulent. Thank you.
