Service man came out 1 hr after scheduled time , he was in a bad mood .. went to washer told me he reset it and disconnected it and told me to wait 7 hrs before trying it out $100 and $3.00 for using debit card never looked at BACK OF washers never said anything I'm the one that asked him , gave me receipt when I signed it it didn't have estimate you couldn't even see anything on mine so I called back to schedule with different tech they told they would have to charge me $100 again because it was a different tech I spoke to supervisor and he was rude too after going back and forth he told me the estimate was $700 and I asked how is it going to be that much if he never even looked at it to know what was wrong with it , he started getting loud with me and told me he would send me the picture of original receipt that I signed and I told him he could have written it in because you can't see anything on MINE and it wasn't there when I signed. My boyfriend heard how loud he was getting and told him to stop yelling at me and he proceeded to say F*** YOU TO MY BOYFRIEND AND HUNG UPReview from Dana J

Im in ******; ** put me in touch- ****** came out within 2 hours and told me a work-around to keep my old and loved ** dryer working. I had out AGO (************), ***** over months buying several costly parts not a solution. He was an ***** I got all my laundry washed and dried and it didnt shut off! He gets 5 stars as dies ** for putting me in touch! Thank you for your insight ******!Review from Darwin B

This business is a scam. I called for service on my freezer that quit working. They came on the appt time after paying a $130 diagnose fee, did a 15 minute diagnosis and said the compressor was bad and they needed to order a part, They wouldn't agree to come back and repair the freezer unless i paid $1800 for the part and repair. Wasn't happy but did paid him the repair fee. The repairman returned 4 days later and replaced the compressor and recharged the freon. ******* worked for 4 hours and quit working again. I finally got them to send out the repairman again and he recharged the system and again it worked, he left and it quit in 4 hours. I agued with the repairman several more times as i had his phone number from the first appt. He returned twice but claiming he didn't have the tools needed to see where the freon leak was and left. Haven't been able to get him back and he now doesn't answer my call or messages. The office schedules an appt which they do not come to. This group is a scam and are incompetent. Avoid them at all costs - no consideration.Review from Julie P

READ THIS!!! These guys are crooks, they destroyed our stone flooring because there tech did not put down cardboard protection. They never returned more than 8 calls to make right, leaving thousands of dollars in damage. DONT USE THEM, they will refer to the fine print of their contract that says you need to complain in writing. Their customer ********************** is horrendous. They also trade under multiple names to get around accountability for their poor workmanship. DONT USE THEM!!! They could have made right and chose not to...DONT USE THEM. They came to my house to fix m fridge. 4 times. It still is t working paid 800..00 4th visit he tells me coils are dirty shouldnt he done that on the 1st 2nd or 3rd time. Then wanted to charge ****** to clean them nope not meReview from Alison B

I deeply regret choosing this company for my dryer repair. I experienced harassment and was yelled at by both the technician and the manager, who demanded additional money for a service I had already paid $99.95 for, plus $600+ to move my stackable washer/dryer. Their disrespectful behavior was shocking and left me feeling invalidated.The manager, ***, told me he didn't have time to talk on the phone and insisted I make another appointment for $99.95. When I expressed my reluctance to face further harassment, he dismissed my concerns and continued pushing for an appointment, emphasizing that he wasn't paid to listen to customers. Despite numerous calls to the appointment center, I received no help in resolving the issue. They too only offered to schedule another appointment for $99.95. No one was willing to provide contact information for further assistance.In the end, my dryer still has a gas leak, as confirmed by the gas company. I strongly advise avoiding this company. They only care about taking your money and have no regard for their customers. My technician was ****, and I urge others to steer clear of their services.Review from Ross M

The technician that came out was very nice. Without even looking in my fridge, diagnosis, defroster unit. Replaced at almost $600. A week later, same problem with frosting up causing the cool part of fridge to go up to 75. Called reliable appliance and they said they probably installed a defective replacement. Didn't even bother. How many times am I going to throw my entire fridge food away till they got it right? Again, great guys but can't risk the repetitive let down and costReview from Shelia L

I had a clogged drain in my ac charged me $400 and 10 days later my ac was leaking water again. I called to have them come back out and they called the day of service and said their truck was having problems so I rescheduled for the following day between 9-12. No one showed up so I called the office and was told they would not be able to to get there until until later in the afternoon. I asked to speak with the owner and the supervisor refused to allow me to speak with him. I did not want anyone from this company doing any further work on my ac for fear of making it worse so I cancelled them to come back to my home. I went on yelp and realized this company has a bad reputation for over charging and not doing the work correctly. This company is a scam and should be shut down for their poor service and over charges.Review from Misty

Do not use this company. They tried to scam me, because I was a woman. NO TODAY SATAN. The tech came out and told me the computer board was bad. I told him there is a light that show it was working and the thermostat was working. I was able to turn the fan on and off. He was upset because I told him he was not making sense. The tech did not check the basic things. He went straight to the computer board. Once he left , I checked the condensation overflow. Well it was full, it needed to be cleaned and emptied. I dont know how he was going to pull off the scam, but he was trying to charge me 1300 to 1800 for an full condensation trap. Tech was also trying to charge me 1100 for a part that was available for 100 to 200 dollars. Women beware. I suggest googling your problem. Tic Tik saved me 1800 and I had them return my services fee.Review from Honey D

This company is a fraud. They take your money on make up assessments, break your appliances worse, caused my house to flood, used masking tape and said it was fixed. Charged me $375 totally ruin my washer, flood my house, and keep my money. DO NOT USE This Comapny
