Company ordered parts for my that owner, *********************, had conveyed to me were covered under **************** part did not solve the problem and another part had to be ordered. After waiting a couple weeks I called the company as much as a dozen times leaving messages with no return phone call. Ultimately I found a way to email the owner and finally got a reply. He said "We had agreed that you would pay for the expedited motor and for the **************** had to be Purchased by California Energy, bypassing the lengthy wait for the ***************** Labor is Not covered regardless.You did not pay the Technician. ************** also stated that you used abusive language toward him and toward me personally.Any warranty you have on your equipment is by TRANE. Not California Energy. You are allowed to have any licensed contractor perform warranty work for you.We have No obligation to make any repairs to your system. We have basically been closed the entire month of January due to staff being sick.Since you did not pay for the first defective motor that was replaced or the labor, you are free to have someone else order a replacement warrantied blower motor and you can pay them for the labor to replace it." He had already told me parts were under warranty, the technician asked for no payment during that service call. I would have never agreed to pay for any part that is covered under warranty so the owner has manufactured a blatant lie about an agreement to pay for a part. No such conversation ever happened!
