Big 5 has developed the policy of straight robbing their customers and this has to stop! They cannot be allowed to steal from customers unabashed! I got 3 baseball hats as a gift from a family member and they didn't fit so I brought them to my local Big 5 and the manager was happy to give me a gift card for new hats that would fit. They were out of my size hat at the time but I returned about a week later when they were supposed to get a new delivery of my size and when I went to the cashier to pay for them with my gift card I was informed by the cashier that my gift card was frozen and to contact their customer service number I called and spoke to the absolutely rude, arrogant and obviously ignorant woman on the phone who told me that unless I could find my receipt that I was just out of luck and they won't return my hats that they gladly took back. That is absolutely stealing in my opinion and they have done this to many people as I see on your sight here. If I don't get my gift card unfrozen or my hats back I will take them to small claims court. Trust me Big 5 if you steal from me I will return in kind X10! Your cowards and *************** people of their hard earned money and you have no right! You should have asked for receipts at the time of the return and not pull some slick thievery after the fact. Don't spend your money at Big 5!!!!
