Total Scam! This company designed our company with a web site- added charges after charges for "items" I have never heard about. When I questioned them they lowered the price and told me I had 10 minutes to pay or they would take down my site. When I refused to pay I can count over 50 text messages and phone calls in one day! Then I received text messages from the telling me not to pay certain people because it was a scam. Now they have taken down my web site! Total disaster! Lost 2K on a web site! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I bought a logo from there back in June of 2022. After I waited for weeks past deadline I finally did get my logo. But thats when it started. Today is July 2023 and Ive been dealing with them since. Usually its calls and texts about building me a website that I expressed probably a thousand times before, and that would be that. But this last time, a guy who supposedly goes by the name ********************* (yeah right) contacted me about a website and I quickly declined as always. Well, things turned for the worst there. After I declined, he begun to tell me that I need to pay $289 for the copyright registration from the company and said I couldnt copyright my logo, any other way. Now keep in mind that I contacted customer support before knowing it was a scam, and was told it would cost $150 for the same thing the dude tried charging $289 for. When I brought this to his attention he told me he had spoke with the guy I was talking to and told me I have to pay $289 as the max ****** because he didnt like me. I contacted a close friend whos an attorney and all and all it was determined it be best that we drop the logo, and create a new one. Okay, Im down for that. But this dude *****, is still texting me. Harassing me. Cussing me about getting your a** kicked and he is telling me that I hide behind woman and Im not a man. This company is a straight up scam, and SOMEBODY needs to do something about it! Its getting out of hand. I blocked the dudes number and he texts me from a new numbers this is getting outrageous.. they got me for $674 for the logo itself and now Im dropping the logo to further cease even dealing with this company. They are scammers, not scam artists because that requires skill but literal scammers

Absolute scammers! They will Nickel and dime you with no product. Forget a timeline. They will tell you one thing and do another on top of starting with one price then scamming you out of more money as you go! STAY AWAY!!!!! They dont even have a physical address. I have spent over $1000 for a basic site and they are still asking for money for basic things that I was already told were included!

WARNING: Do not do business with these scammers I paid for a logo to have them clean it up and they refuse to give me what I paid for I paid ***** to have them clean up a logo I already own and they refuse to give me what I paid for , when I told them I want them to talk to my lawyer they became enraged and said they didnt want to talk to my lawyer, this company isnt even accredited by the better business bureau, this company is a joke . Stay away from these people at all cost definitely not a trust worthy company and unethical practices.

These people jerked me around for weeks. I have a successful small business and wanted to expand with a website. I asked if I could pay extra to get it expedited, oh sure of course we can do that, just pay this! Okay, paid. No answers to phone calls, no updates, missed due date that I paid extra for. Eventually , I said hey can I just get a refund for the expediting fee since you guys missed that and still dont have an update for me? No we cannot do that. Okay, I ask them to please cancel my service since they havent even started on my website and its past the due date that it was supposed to be ready on. Finally, 2 men landed on the phone making rude comments at me, about me, towards women, telling me I dont understand this kind of thing, literally laughing on the phone at me asking for my money back guarantee. Then they say okay, we will click refund itll be in your account in 58 days, Im like? What??? Then theyre like never mind no we cant refund you at all, and Im like why did you say you would and theyre like I dont know why we said that, but youre not getting your money back and of course, theyre laughing some more. I have videos of this conversation and proof of their behavior. I hope they get shut down as this truly breaks my heart. I dont know how many people they have scammed this far, but it is enough. They have hurt so many people.

I am not one to complain, but I have several reasons to avoid doing business with them and want to share this with you. They were very helpful and responsive over chat, even though I did not initiate it. There was a man named ************************* I dealt with over several emails. After two ****************, I am wary of them because they wanted it all paid up front, some emails were in perfect English and grammar, others were foreign or we just don't talk like that, they were too quick to take a $99 fee that was separate and offer it for free even though I didn't ask for that and he didn't know my budget, he answered "yes" when I asked if they were listed with the BBB, but their website says they do not have their accreditation for a couple bad business practices, what seems like false advertising and being unresponsive to BBB's inquiries.

They scammed me out of $1500 and never completed my website and stop answering my phone calls but when I call from another number they answer on the first ring ask my name and then they say someone from there office will be giving me a call back tomorrow this has been going on for months !!! This company is a total fraud!!

This company is totally a scam they were trying to get money from my account Without my authorization. They also try to say that the company that I was with was no longer in business and that they took over their clients. I reached out to My original company and found out that they were not out of business and we had to change all of the passwords they also Fraudulent took my website off of my original company server and charge me $1000 Saying that they will take good care of me and my business. But I found out that that was a total lie. Nothing was getting done so I contacted them several times to see what was going on with campaigns that was planned All of us he was bad attitude run around and arguing with me who was supposed to be there Customer which wasnt true in the end. After I ask for my money back My site Disappeared And try to charge me again just to get my website that. I thank God for my original company who was able to get everything fix. I was looking for a website for my new business and I found Digit Media Designs. I was chatting online and the rep quickly called me and told me about the deal they have and I took an eCommerce package that covered what I wanted. I went online and did a search and I saw that the had a 5 star rating, so I went ahead and gave them my credit card over the phone. The first couple of days I would submit my requirement and the project manager would draw a mock up of what it would look like. I would tell her how I would like the layout and so on. Then I asked about the merchant account and I was told that was $1300 more to add it and then when I mention my blog page it was $850.00 more, so now I stupidly paid $3500.00 without any work done, just one mock up page. Something was not feeling right and I went and do another search and this time I did ****** review and lo and behold I see the real reviews of scamming and bait and switch tactics. I wasted no time and went to my hosting company and change the login credential and cancel my credit card. I contacted my bank and reported that I was being scammed and got my money back while the bank investigate.. A supervisor from Digit Media Designs contacted me and told me to tell the bank to give them back the money so they can give it back to me(what crooks). I replied why would I do that ? since your intention is to give me the money then what is the problem ? I remind them that the only thing they did was to make 1 mock up page and send me a png screen shot.On their website they state a 100% money back guarantee ! That is fake just like their dubious company... ************ is a big scam and I am not sure how they are still in business. My bank has contacted me pertaining some information that is required and will reach out to them.. Guys if you want a website built do your research ! Don't get scammed. I have heard that they have more than one company...GOD is Great !! May all scammers die in h***

Scam. They stopped responding to me as soon as I requested a refund. D ********************************************* was my particular scammer's name and he and his team provided really cruddy mockups. I need a refund from them ASAP and also changed my card number since their reputation for stealing extra funds was written here too.
